Summary

Seasonal part-time Sales Assistant role supporting the sales team by maintaining merchandise, assisting customers, and ensuring efficient back-of-house operations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client engagement, processing transactions accurately, and supporting visual merchandising and stock management. Candidates should be customer-focused, motivated, and able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and support visual floor moves
• Perform stock checks for customers and to assist Sales Associates
• Maintain organized back-of-house to uphold standards and efficiency
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Greet and interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate
• Assist sales associates in resolving client issues and complaints as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of luxury retail experience
• Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Prior experience using a POS system
• Self-starter with the ability to drive results and engage customers
• Customer service focused with a passion for sales and client engagement
