Sales Assistant Women's Polo

Summary

The Sales Assistant will provide operational and administrative support to the Wholesale Sales team for Women's Polo, ensuring accurate order management, account maintenance, and timely communication with retail partners. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external accounts in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Vice President and Sales team, including order entry and tracking.
• Coordinate sample requests for showroom, market, and account needs.
• Maintain accurate account files, contact databases, and sales records.
• Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, and weekly/monthly recaps.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, market appointments, trade shows, and account visits.
• Respond to account inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate stock availability to partners.
• Assist with special projects and monitor competitive and market intelligence.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with order management systems (NuOrder, SAP, Vibe or similar) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Outstanding organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and high attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
