Assistant, Grand Vendeur

Summary

The Assistant, Grand Vendeur supports the Grand Vendeur in delivering exceptional client service, managing appointments, and handling sales transactions. This role maintains client records in the CRM, coordinates communications across the boutique network, and assists with aftersales and client care tasks. The Assistant also helps manage shipments, gifts, and sales via platforms such as WeChat to ensure a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Grand Vendeur with appointments and client communications
• Process transactions on behalf of the Grand Vendeur
• Provide aftersales service and manage incoming client requests
• Coordinate communication with clients, management, and boutique network
• Manage deliveries, shipments, gifts, and client correspondence
• Record and maintain client profiles in the Dior Star CRM
• Support sales activities through WeChat and other client platforms

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury market
• Strong brand and product knowledge with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
