Summary
Lead and optimize boutique operations as an ambassador of the Maison by driving sales performance, ensuring outstanding client service, and developing the boutique team to maximize sales and profitability. Manage boutique administration, performance reporting, inventory support, and local events to grow client relationships and brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales and consistently achieve monthly and yearly KPIs and targets.
- Define and adjust annual action plans to meet Maison and boutique sales objectives.
- Monitor boutique KPIs and implement strategies to optimize performance and profitability.
- Set and track individual sales targets for associates and provide regular feedback.
- Develop client relationships, resolve escalated client issues, and grow client portfolios.
- Plan and execute boutique events and local business development initiatives with corporate collaboration.
- Recruit, motivate, and develop boutique staff and manage performance and compensation processes.
- Oversee boutique operations including inventories, reporting, T E and expense management.
- Manage maintenance and visual standards and liaise with corporate on repair and budgets.
Requirements
- College degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years prior management experience in luxury retail selling.
- Experience with PR events and networking preferred.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and computer skills required.
- Experience with SAP desired.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to motivate, cultivate and develop a team.
