Responsibilities- Support inbound client communication channels including phone, email, chat, SMS, and social media.
- Guide clients in selecting products by providing expert advice on product details, sizing, personalization, and delivery.
- Manage client-facing order follow-up and support for repairs and services.
- Capture client data for relationship building and cultivate client relationships through exceptional service.
- Partner with management to develop client development plans and resolve client challenges.
- Support the Cartier boutique network and act as a referent for client experiences in physical spaces.
- Participate in team and brand trainings and host shadow sessions for new peers.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in contact centers, customer service, or retail.
- Experience in eCommerce or luxury retail preferred.
- Ability to work in a private, secure environment with a private WiFi connection.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and communication management tools like Salesforce.
- Flexibility to work within specified hours and extended holiday hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a passion for assisting clients.
