Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Support company and store initiatives and represent brand experience expectations
- Participate in team training and leverage new technology to execute business results
- Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
- Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery channels
- Ensure sales floor and store standards are consistently met

Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a complex high-volume environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate the register
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts and travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
