Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer focused activities
- Engage customers and build clientele through networking and relationship building
- Support company initiatives and participate in team training
- Utilize digital tools and alternative purchase options such as Gladly and Ship to Home
- Represent and deliver consistent brand experience aligned to company vision
- Maintain sales floor standards and ensure store presentation
- Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
- Assist with product discovery using QR codes and digital catalogs
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high volume specialty environment
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and perform standing and walking for multiple hours
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver throughout sales floor areas
- Flexible schedule availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Ability to work collaboratively and support a team environment
