Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor and help drive daily business results. This role focuses on building customer relationships, supporting store initiatives, and using in-store and digital tools to enhance product discovery. The position supports team training and contributes to maintaining store standards and brand expectations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals while prioritizing the customer experience
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results
• Use "More Ways to Shop" tools and technologies (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) to broaden purchase options
• Engage customers to build a clientele and represent brand experience expectations on the sales floor
• Maintain sales floor standards and provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and coworker relationships
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and maneuver around sales floor and back rooms
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing moderate climbing as needed
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel or overnight shifts
