Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience with a customer-first mindset. This role supports store performance and team initiatives while representing the brand and engaging clients to build long-term relationships. It is an entry point for future leadership opportunities within the store.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit performance using company tools and resources.
• Execute store and company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Engage clients through outreach, community initiatives, and talent sourcing.
• Support alternative purchasing and digital discovery methods (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home, QR codes).
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and provide feedback to management on opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred.
• Effective customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
• Strong planning, prioritization and time-management abilities.
