Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience that drives sales and fosters long-term relationships. This entry-level retail role focuses on styling, product knowledge, and maintaining store standards while contributing to team performance and KPI achievement. The position supports store operations and visual presentation and serves as a pathway to future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and a personalized shopping experience on the sales floor.
• Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and KPIs (SPH, data capture) and use available tools to drive performance.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, support sizing needs, and maintain store standards during opening and closing.
• Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment, and back-of-house tasks.
• Maintain visual standards using store guidelines and provide product feedback to management.
• Participate in trainings related to product, process, and talent development.

Requirements

• Retail or related high-volume customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
