Summary
Brand Ambassador provides personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor to drive sales and represent the brand. This role supports store operations, visual standards, and customer programs while contributing to a cohesive team environment and serving as an entry point for future leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans through collaboration and adherence to brand policies.
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Perform opening and closing duties and maintain back of house processes.
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate register for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Capable of balancing multiple tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
