Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with detailed product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
- Strategize personal business growth through wardrobing, outreach, and leveraging digital clienteling tools.
- Support team sales goals and collaborate to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to enhance customer centric behaviors and relationship building.
- Capture customer data in CRM tools to support clienteling and business initiatives.
- Participate in store and community initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines and visual techniques.
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and staffing needs.
- Support hiring efforts by engaging in networking and sourcing talent.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for multiple hours and maneuver on the sales floor.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience using digital sales tools and CRM preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
