Provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience with a customer first mindset. Serve as an entry level role with opportunities for growth by supporting sales objectives, brand programs, and maintaining store standards while delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans through teamwork and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on offerings and initiatives.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store presentation.
- Maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house, including opening and closing duties.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform stock room tasks.
- Ability to operate a register and perform cash wrap duties.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team and management.
