Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with detailed product knowledge and styling recommendations.
- Drive personal business growth through wardrobing, outreach, and digital clienteling.
- Support team sales targets and uphold brand standards and policies.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors and relationship building.
- Capture customer data using CRM tools to support clienteling and business initiatives.
- Participate in store and community initiatives and support recruitment efforts.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and needs.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a specialty retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and move for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Experience using digital tools for selling preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and support a positive team environment.
