Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
- Utilize digital sales channels and technologies to support More Ways to Shop
- Represent and deliver consistent brand experience aligned to company expectations
- Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as click to collect and ship to home
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
- Assist with product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual tools
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high volume or specialty environment preferred
- Strong customer communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Comfort using new technology and digital selling tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with management and co workers
