Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized and inspiring shopping experiences with a customer-first mindset. This entry-level retail role supports store goals, participates in training, and represents brand standards while building clientele and supporting new technology for customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Provide a consistent experience aligned to brand expectations and company vision
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize digital tools and alternative purchasing processes to broaden customer accessibility
• Engage in networking to develop and maintain a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate register for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver the sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and management
