Full-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a customer-first, personalized shopping experience that aligns with brand expectations and supports store performance. This entry-level retail role focuses on driving sales, engaging clients, and supporting store initiatives while developing skills for future leadership opportunities. Ambassadors collaborate with the team to maintain exceptional store standards and broaden customer access to product and services.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and support profit performance through customer engagement and selling techniques
• Support execution of company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Engage clients through outreach, community initiatives, and networking to build customer relationships
• Support alternative purchasing processes and digital product discovery tools
• Maintain sales floor standards and ensure productive store execution
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
• Planning, prioritization and time management skills
