Sales Ambassador

Summary

Brand Sales Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, providing styling guidance and product education. This entry-level role supports store performance by meeting individual sales KPIs and contributing to visual and operational standards. Ambassadors collaborate with the team, participate in trainings, and help maintain a professional and inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling to exceed customer expectations.
• Meet or exceed individual KPI targets (SPH, data capture) and support monthly sales plans.
• Engage customers through Polo Connect and educate them on programs and offerings.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, including opening and closing duties.
• Support visual merchandising, floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities.
• Participate in company trainings and share product and category feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or high-volume customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs for multiple hours.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with management and store team members.
