Seasonal Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor as a part-time Brand Ambassador. Drive daily business results by building connections with customers and supporting store initiatives while learning retail fundamentals and sales processes. This role is an entry-level position focused on client engagement, teamwork, and executing store standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement and clienteling.
• Deliver a consistent, elevated customer experience and represent brand expectations on the sales floor.
• Support and participate in team training to execute business results and use in-store technologies.
• Assist with alternative purchasing options and digital tools to broaden customer accessibility (ship to home, virtual appointments, digital catalogs).
• Maintain sales floor standards and provide feedback to management on customer and category opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred; strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing moderate physical tasks.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel or overnight shifts.
