Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized, inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations while supporting store goals. This role focuses on customer engagement, driving sales through in-store and digital channels, and representing the Ralph Lauren brand with professionalism and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales goals and proactively engage customers to build clientele.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training to deliver business results.
• Use technology and alternative purchase paths such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home to broaden customer accessibility.
• Maintain sales floor standards and support product discovery tools like QR codes and digital catalogs.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and category opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required.
