Brand Ambassador

Summary

Full-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. The role focuses on delivering sales and profit performance while supporting store initiatives and fostering strong customer relationships. Brand Ambassadors are expected to be resourceful, collaborative team players who engage customers through both in-store and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance and utilize key tools to drive selling.
• Support store execution of company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Engage customers through outreach, community initiatives, and product discovery methods.
• Support alternative purchasing processes and digital tools such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, Ship to Home, QR codes, and digital catalogs.
• Maintain sales floor standards and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel and build positive working relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, maneuver the sales floor, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
• Planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
