Summary
Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience focused on customer service and driving sales. They support store initiatives, use company tools to expand purchasing options, and contribute to a collaborative environment that reflects brand expectations.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
- Utilize More Ways to Shop and new technology to support alternative purchasing processes
- Represent and deliver a consistent customer experience aligned to the brand
- Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
- Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times
- Support product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual tools
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
