Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support monthly quarterly and annual sales plans through collaboration.
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms including sizing and maintaining standards.
- Maintain store visual standards and follow merchandising guidelines.
- Support operational tasks such as floor sets and replenishment.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and uphold policies and procedures.
- Participate in company trainings and provide feedback to management.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register stand and be on feet for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift climb and maneuver up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team and customers.
- Demonstrated passion for fashion styling and brand representation.
