Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in and support team training to achieve business results
- Engage clients through outreach and creative engagement strategies
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as digital platforms and ship to home
- Broaden product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs and virtual stores
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities and category needs
- Maintain exceptional productivity standards through effective store execution
- Uphold company policies and champion brand core values
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive working relationships
- Planning, prioritization and time management skills
- Comfort using technology and digital selling tools
