Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience with a customer first mindset. They support store vision and company initiatives while driving sales and building customer relationships. This role involves in-store duties, use of retail technology, and participation in team training to achieve business results.

Responsibilities

• Drive day to day business to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Focus on the customer in all decisions and deliver a consistent brand experience
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize retail technologies and alternative purchasing processes to broaden accessibility
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Support collaborative environment and champion company values

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
