Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store operations and company initiatives. This role focuses on driving sales through exceptional customer service, teamwork, and use of retail technology to broaden product accessibility and purchasing options.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business to achieve sales goals.
• Proactively focus on the customer in all decisions.
• Support company and store initiatives and training.
• Use retail technology and alternative purchase paths to support sales.
• Represent and deliver the expected brand customer experience.
• Engage in networking to build clientele.
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs.
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred.
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to operate register and remain on feet for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver the sales floor and stock areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members.
