Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, driving brand engagement and contributing to store performance. This entry-level sales role supports team objectives and helps uphold store standards while learning product knowledge and styling. The Brand Ambassador role serves as a foundation for future leadership opportunities within retail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with styling and product information.
• Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and KPIs, including SPH and data capture.
• Support fitting room operations, sizing assistance, and maintain store standards.
• Complete opening and closing tasks and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment, and back-of-house duties.
• Participate in required company trainings and provide product and customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for multiple hours and operate a register.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing moderate physical tasks.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
