Part-Time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while driving sales and supporting store initiatives. The role involves engaging customers, supporting use of technology for sales, and contributing to a collaborative team environment committed to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales through customer-focused interactions to meet sales goals
• Support company and store initiatives and execute training to achieve business results
• Use multiple shopping tools and new technology to broaden purchasing options
• Represent and deliver a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
• Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as ship to home and virtual tools

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate a register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back areas
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team
