Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor and help drive sales through strong product knowledge and service. This entry-level retail role focuses on meeting individual KPIs, supporting store operations, and connecting customers to loyalty programs. The role provides opportunities for learning and progression into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling to drive sales.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and sales objectives.
• Maintain store standards, assist in fitting rooms, and complete opening and closing responsibilities.
• Support merchandising and replenishment activities such as floor sets and ISOS.
• Connect customers to the Polo Connect program and educate them on available offerings.
• Maintain visual standards and provide product feedback to management.
• Participate in trainings and company initiatives to develop skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold company policies and foster an inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate the register and remain on the sales floor for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
