Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador at Ralph Lauren in Woodburn, you will play a crucial role in the Store Leadership team, executing strategic plans to ensure business profitability. Your responsibilities will include driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative team environment. You will lead by example, providing feedback, coaching, and support to the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Foster a collaborative team environment through open communication, feedback, and recognition.
• Drive team sales performance through coaching and development.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Act as a mentor to employees, providing guidance to enhance skills and product knowledge.
• Support training programs aligned with brand standards.
• Sell 50% of the time and implement clienteling strategies to build customer loyalty.
• Execute promotional activities and sales events.
• Ensure consistent customer experience aligned with Ralph Lauren standards.
• Support inventory control and maintain productivity standards.
• Participate in recruitment and interviews as needed.
• Supervise daily cash transactions, deposits, and register balancing.

• 2+ years of retail supervisory or similar industry experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and work a flexible schedule.
• Proven track record of success in building and maintaining positive working relationships.
• Strong planning and prioritization/time management skills.
