Summary

Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations while supporting store initiatives and representing brand values. The role focuses on customer engagement, sales performance, teamwork, and participation in training and community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit performance using company tools and resources
• Support execution of store and company initiatives
• Participate in team training to achieve business results
• Engage clients through creative outreach and networking
• Deliver consistent brand aligned customer experiences
• Support alternative purchasing processes and digital product discovery
• Maintain store standards and sales floor productivity
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Strong customer communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Planning and time management skills
• Willingness to support company policies and learning of new technology
