Responsibilities- Represent LINDBERG in your assigned Canada territory.
- Achieve net sales targets and build qualitative door distribution.
- Develop long-term partnerships with customers to maximize sell-through.
- Collaborate with the Kering Eyewear Sales team for a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Maximize sales of Optical frames and Sunglasses through presentations.
- Implement visibility and trade marketing programs to enhance sell-through.
- Provide in-store training and share product knowledge with customers.
- Report timely and accurately to upper management.
- Coordinate with Kering Eyewear and LINDBERG teams in Canada and Denmark.
- Participate in local and North American sales events.
Requirements- Proven track record in growing sales and building door distribution.
- Strong customer relationships based on service and trust.
- University Degree or Optician diploma.
- Experience in Optical sales and related environments.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Based in West Ontario.
