Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor at Tag Heuer in Short Hills, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience within the boutique. You will embody the brand's DNA, acting as a passionate Brand Ambassador both in-store and at events, while consistently achieving sales targets and building long-lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Increase boutique sales by working on personal KPIs and delivering memorable in-store experiences.
  • Support colleagues and team members in achieving boutique objectives.
  • Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to enhance client experiences.
  • Propose innovative ideas to boost sales through merchandising, events, and product mix.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Tag Heuer's DNA and participating in events.
  • Achieve individual clienteling objectives and leverage tools for client outreach.
  • Ensure qualitative client data collection and utilize it for personalized client engagement.
  • Contribute to daily operations under boutique management supervision, including inventory and store maintenance.
  • Apply guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Passion for watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports.
  • Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is a plus.
  • Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
  • Understanding of sales KPIs and clienteling metrics.
  • Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to changes.
  • Team spirit with high integrity and transparency.
  • Digitally savvy and a fast learner.
