Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor at 5th Ave, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing the client experience in a luxury retail environment. You will embody the TAG Heuer brand, acting as a passionate Brand Ambassador both in and outside the boutique.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration with team members.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Develop long-lasting personal connections with clients and leverage available resources for client development.
  • Contribute to operations excellence by respecting retail and administrative processes.
  • Participate in daily processes such as inventory, cash handling, and store maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control policies and contribute to store maintenance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Knowledge and passion for watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
  • Fluent in English and the local language; a third language is a plus.
  • Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
  • Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to changes.
  • Ability to represent the brand with integrity and transparency.
