Summary

Deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve individual and store sales goals at the Aventura Mall boutique. Represent the brand with deep product knowledge, tailor the sales ceremony to client needs, and support operational and visual standards on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable, personalized service to clients in line with brand expectations
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio using outreach and clientele tools
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of products and brand heritage
• Support merchandising and maintain shop floor presentation standards
• Assist with execution of sales policies and store initiatives
• Maintain operational excellence and contribute to team performance

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Women’s and Men’s ready-to-wear
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and perform outreach
• Knowledge of luxury sales processes and visual merchandising
