Experienced Client Advisor and stylist for ready to wear responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury client experience, driving sales and building long term relationships through personalized service and expert styling at the Aventura boutique.
Responsibilities
- Master the client journey to create strong long term client relationships
- Engage proactively with existing and potential clientele to meet CRM targets
- Deliver personalized couture level service during all phases of the sale
- Prepare for client appointments by researching preferences and organizing merchandise
- Stay informed on product knowledge, fit, new arrivals and seasonal trends
- Assist with sales and after sales activities including returns repairs and complaints
- Ensure product maintenance and replenishment on the sales floor and know warehouse stock
- Support visual presentation guidelines and daily store operations
- Use POS and perform operational tasks when needed including shipping and receiving
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with relevant clientele focus
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and meeting KPIs
- Strong client relationship building and communication skills
- Computer skills to operate POS and MS Office programs
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Action oriented with a drive for results and problem solving ability
- Team player with professionalism and attention to detail
- Foreign language skills are a plus
