Deliver personalized styling and sales service to customers, promote Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products, and support store operations while participating in a structured training program. Build client relationships through consultative communication and represent brand standards in presentation and service.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-layered training to develop product and selling expertise
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of products
• Practice professional salesmanship to meet personal and store sales goals
• Build client relationships and grow loyalty through personalized service
• Maintain attractive merchandise presentation per visual guidelines
• Ensure store standards and operations meet company expectations
• Perform additional duties assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales hospitality or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
