Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. Role involves in-store and digital selling using technology to serve clients and meet sales goals. This position is onsite at the Bal Harbour location and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships through personalized service and outreach
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory for selling
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize individual business to increase productivity through outreach and technology
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
• Serve clients both in-person and remotely using store technology

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule
