Client Advisor - Bal Harbour

Summary

Serve as a brand ambassador on the sales floor, guiding clients through the brand experience and delivering an exceptional luxury service. Responsible for maximizing individual and team sales, developing lasting client relationships, and supporting an omnichannel approach to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming customer experience and follow the client journey ceremony.
• Capture and maintain client data in the CRM to support personalized outreach and follow up.
• Promote and execute an omnichannel sales approach, including cross-selling across departments.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
• Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalate complaints to management when necessary.
• Support loss prevention and security procedures on the sales floor.

Requirements

• Passion for selling and strong interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Result driven, resilient, self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Product and brand knowledge relevant to the managed category; other languages a plus.
