Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with clients in-store and remotely to build rapport and recruit new clients
- Deliver personalized client experiences using storytelling and product knowledge
- Drive individual and store sales by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities
- Accurately process POS transactions and capture client information
- Participate in store operations including stock maintenance and inventory
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Adhere to grooming guidelines and company policies focused on loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive client journey
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of luxury fashion sales or similar customer service experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and building client relationships
