Summary

The Client Advisor will deliver exceptional luxury service and contribute to store sales at the Bloor St boutique. This role focuses on creating personalized client experiences, cultivating a client portfolio, and driving individual sales and KPIs. The position may be temporary with potential to extend or become permanent.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service and after-sale support to visitors and clients
• Build and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive outreach and relationship management
• Drive individual sales and achieve KPI goals with a business-minded, entrepreneurial approach
• Create personalized, versatile, and timeless looks for clients and offer styling advice
• Effectively use available tools and applications to optimize business opportunities
• Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams and uphold company policies and standards

Requirements

• Preferred experience in fashion or accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality
• Passion for fashion culture and ability to create personalized looks
• Business mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong team orientation
• Comfortable with technology, able to adapt quickly to new tools and applications
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, proactive and problem-solving
• Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English; additional languages preferred
