Summary
Client Advisor role supporting the Store Director to drive sales and deliver exceptional luxury client service in Bal Harbour. Responsible for client outreach, maintaining client records, sustaining product knowledge, and supporting store operations and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators through client outreach
- Develop new clients via appointments and consignments and inform clients of new collections and events
- Utilize brand selling techniques including cross selling multiple selling and upselling to maximize transactions
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships and maintain client profile records
- Maintain high level of product knowledge through company training resources
- Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures such as cycle counts and light cleaning duties
- Maintain visual standards including merchandise presentation signage lighting and general maintenance
- Comply with company policies and procedures and promote a respectful work environment
- Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and support inventory and holiday season needs
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferably in a luxury environment
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a polished well groomed appearance
- Team oriented with strong work ethic leadership skills and high energy
- Available to work closing shifts minimum three times per week three Saturdays per month and two Sundays per month
- Available for annual inventory and entire holiday season
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly
