Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail service, achieving monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments, and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting store operations and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPI’s through client outreach and appointments
- Use brand selling techniques to maximize transaction value and close sales
- Develop new clients via appointments and consignments and inform clients of new collections and events
- Maintain and update client profile records and nurture client relationships
- Assist with store opening and closing tasks including cycle counts and light cleaning duties
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and general store maintenance as requested
- Continuously seek feedback and maintain high product knowledge through training
- Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Work required shifts including closings, weekends, inventory and holiday season
Requirements
- 1-2 years retail sales experience preferably in luxury retail
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPI’s
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished professional appearance and team orientation
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following
- Available to work closing shifts at least 3 times per week and required weekend schedule
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
- Willingness to participate in annual inventory and holiday season work
