Client Advisor

Summary

Luxury retail sales role focused on building and maintaining client relationships to meet individual and store sales goals. The advisor will use product knowledge and clienteling to maximize sales and ensure exceptional customer service within a fast paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales and units sold per transaction
• Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the database
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book and consistently follow up with clients
• Assist with shipping, alterations, and resolving client issues
• Support shipping receiving and inventory control as requested
• Assist in general housekeeping and maintain store image

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably luxury
• Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
• Clienteling skills with preference for candidates who have client books
• Service oriented with strong customer focus
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
