Client Advisor - Dallas Highland Park

Summary

The Client Advisor provides best in class customer service and is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals through product knowledge and strong operational skills. This role supports client relationship building, maintains store standards, and represents the brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Client Advisor KPIs and CRM requirements
• Meet or exceed store category and individual sales goals
• Build and maintain client books and follow up on client inquiries
• Assist with special requests including repairs special orders and returns
• Use POS system accurately and update customer database
• Participate in stocking restocking and regular store maintenance
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code and grooming standards
• Assist in opening closing the store and participate in team meetings
• Support visual standards with direction from visual merchandising and management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience retail luxury preferred
• Strong drive for results and goal oriented
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to use POS and inventory management functions
• Organizational and computer skills required
• RTW experience preferred
• Foreign language skills are a plus
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and work in a team environment
