Client Advisor - Dallas Northpark

Summary

The Client Advisor delivers exceptional client experiences at the Dallas Northpark boutique while achieving individual and store sales goals. This role builds and maintains lasting client relationships, leverages CRM tools to source and retain clients, and upholds the brand's standards and merchandising. The Advisor also mentors teammates and supports operational excellence on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable, personalized service and act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and relationship building
• Use CRM to monitor, update and grow client records and prospect for new clients
• Mentor and support the sales team to ensure smooth execution of the sales ceremony
• Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge to advise clients on Women’s and Men’s RTW
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining the presentation of the shop floor

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
• Proven experience in Women’s and Men’s ready-to-wear
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to use CRM tools to develop and retain clientele
• Passion for luxury fashion and commitment to brand standards
