Client Advisor - Desert Hills

Summary

Part Time Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving individual and store sales targets in a luxury retail environment. This role involves leveraging product knowledge to maximize sales, maintaining client relationships, and supporting store operations including shipping receiving and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales units per transaction and transaction value
• Capture and maintain client information in the store database
• Promote store events via email phone and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book and consistently follow up on client needs
• Assist with shipping receiving alterations and inventory control as requested
• Support general housekeeping and maintain the store image

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales preferably in a luxury setting
• Education: Business School University or equivalent experience
• Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
• Service oriented with strong customer focus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Tech savvy with ability to learn and utilize software
• Foreign languages a plus
