Client Advisor - Desert Hills

Summary

Provide high level sales and clienteling in a luxury retail environment, meeting individual and store sales targets while maintaining the store image and supporting operational tasks. Build and expand a client book, promote store events, and ensure exceptional customer service through follow up and product knowledge. Work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales units per transaction and transaction value
• Capture and maintain customer information in the database and expand client book
• Promote store events through email phone and personalized notes
• Follow up on shipping alterations and client issues
• Assist with general housekeeping and maintaining store image
• Support shipping receiving and inventory control as requested

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail sales experience preferably in a luxury setting
• Business school university or equivalent experience
• Computer literate and able to learn various software programs
• Service oriented with strong customer focus and ability to build client relationships
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Foreign language skills are a plus
