The Client Advisor delivers exceptional client experiences and achieves individual and store sales goals at the Nashville Green Hills Mall boutique. This role focuses on luxury retail service, product knowledge, CRM usage, and supporting operational excellence on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable personalized service to clients consistent with brand standards
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and build long term relationships
• Achieve individual and store monthly sales targets
• Use CRM tools to source new clients and maintain client records
• Support merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor
• Mentor team members and ensure smooth running of the sales ceremony
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of products and brand heritage
• Oversee adherence to sales policies and store initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
• Experience in women’s and men’s ready to wear
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to build and retain client relationships
• Experience using CRM for clienteling
• Customer focused with a consultative sales approach
