Client Advisor - Greenwich

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for driving sales and building lasting client relationships at the boutique located in Greenwich Saks Fifth Avenue. Role focuses on achieving individual and store sales targets, promoting events, maintaining client records, and supporting store operations to uphold the luxury brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales value and units per transaction
• Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a personal client book and follow up with clients
• Manage shipping, alterations, and client service issues
• Assist with general housekeeping to maintain store image
• Support shipping receiving and inventory control as requested

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience, preferably with luxury brands
• Proven ability or desire to build and maintain a client book
• Strong service orientation and customer focus
• Passion for luxury product and appreciation for design
• Tech savvy with ability to learn various software programs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Foreign language skills are a plus
